Welcome

Erindale Cooperative Preschool (ECP) offers a warm, nurturing environment that strives to foster a rich learning experience through a variety of educational activities to support childhood development. We promote learning through active play and support growth and independence in a stimulating and nurturing environment.

Our teacher, Mrs. Knisley, has a fantastic way of involving both children and parents in education and learning. Parent involvement is required for up to two days per month and is integral to our daily activities and the preschool's success. We also encourage parents to volunteer on our ECP Board, participate on field trips, and help with other special events.

What Makes ECP Special

We believe in creating a nurturing and enriching environment where children can thrive, guided by their natural curiosity and unique strengths.

  • Community Involvement: As a cooperative preschool, we bring families together, offering parents the opportunity to actively participate in their child’s early education.

  • Experienced Educator: Mrs. Knisley, our dedicated and loving teacher, ensures every child feels safe, respected, and valued in the classroom.

  • Play-Based Learning: Our programs are designed to help children grow socially, emotionally, physically, and intellectually through engaging and purposeful play.

  • Field Trips: Field trip opportunities will be assessed on a monthly basis at Board meetings. Parents will be given ample notice if field trip arrangements are being made. While attendance is encouraged, it is not mandatory and parents are supported in using their own discretion as to whether they want their child to partake or not.
